Upcoming Events at WDC:
Fall Dance Party at WDC! Saturday, October 23rd 6-9pm. Live DJ, Dancing, Crafts, Games, Prizes, Food, and FUN! $5/person or $3/person if you bring a donation for the local food shelf. Everyone 3rd grade and Up is invited- If you bring a non-WDC dancer friend, both you and your friend will be entered into a Prize Drawing! RSVP to wdbydncctr@aol.com or at the Front Desk.
Hallowed Harvest!
Come enjoy a Halloween-themed family concert featuring the East Metro Symphony Orchestra and Woodbury Dance Center performers. Kids are invited to attend in costume and enter a costume contest! Also, bring a food item for our food drive. The show will be held at East Ridge High School in Woodbury on Sunday, October 24th @ 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $8.00 and are available for purchase at Woodbury Dance Center.
Halloween Parties!!!
Students are invited to wear a Halloween costume to their class between Monday, October 25th and Saturday, October 30th. Please make sure that the costume does not retrict movement so that students can still participate in dance class. We will have Halloween treats too!!
WDCPayment Policies
Tuitionis charged monthly and is due on the first lesson of each month. Statements will not be sent unless a payment is late. If tuition payment is not received by the second lesson of the month a $2.00 late fee will automatically be applied to your account and a statement will be sent via email.
Discounts are given for paying for three month’s at a time or for paying the year in full in September.
WDC offers a direct payment system if you choose to have your tuition payments taken directly out of your checking or savings account. Please ask for the appropriate form at the front desk if you would like to take advantage of this option.
If you are interested in receiving a payment coupon book for your monthly payment please notify the front desk. A payment book will be printed for you to pick up the following week.
Costume paymentsare due in October and December (as well as November for dancers in 1 ¼ hour classes and 8th/12th grade tap/jazz classes). Costume payments are non-refundable after December 1st.
WDC charges a $10 fee for all returned checks.
DATES TO REMEMBER
October 1st- A costume deposit of $30- is now due for each student that is participating in our Spring Recital. This costume deposit payment can be made with your October tuition, please make note of it in the memo portion of your check.
November 1st - A second costume deposit of $30 will be due for dancers in 1 1/4 hour classes and dancers in 8th - 12th grade tap/jazz classes.
December 1st -- Costume balances for all dancers will be due. Costume payments are non-refundable after December 1st.
MEA Break- Classes will be in session (October 21st - 23rd)
RECITAL 2011 -- Tentative dates for our 2011 recital are June 2nd - 5th at East Ridge High School in Woodbury

Thanksgiving Wednesday, November 24th through Saturday, November 27th
Holiday Break Monday, December 20th through Saturday, January 1st. Classes resume Monday, January 3rd.
Spring Break Monday, March 14th through Saturday, March 19th.
