Please ask for a copy at the desk if you do not have access to the internet. Look for our newsletter at the beginning of each month, they contain important info, important dates etc.. We try to keep everyone informed as much as possible. Reading our newsletter will help you stay informed!!
Class Confirmations- Look for class confirmations to be emailed soon. Coupon payment books will be available by request at the front desk in September. If you do not receive a class confirmation email by thursday, Aug 28th please call the studio.
WDC Open Houses are the following dates:
Tuesdays August 12th, 19th, and 26th and September 2nd (4:30-8:00)
Thursdays August 14th, 21st & 28th (10-2) and Sept 4th (10-12 and 4:30-8:00)
Wednesday Sept 3rd (4:30-8:00)
Shoes and dancewear will be discounted 10% during open house times!
It is a good idea to stop in during one of these open house dates to buy or order shoes. The first week of class tends to be quite busy and it may not be possible to fit all students for shoes at that time. There is a bulletin board next to the boutique for posting information about used shoes you would like to sell or buy. Open house is also a good time to familiarize yourself with the studio so you know what room your dancer will be dancing in.
Classes begin Monday, September 8th.

Lobby
In order to keep our waiting area safe and comfortable for everyone, we ask that all parents keep a close eye on their children. We have lots of little ones at WDC, to ensure their safety, we do not allow running or rough play. There is a large grass area across the street on the south side of WDC. You are welcome to use it to have some supervised 'outside' time with kids that may need it.
You may also notice that we do not have toys available for little ones at our new studio. This decision was made with safety and germ issues in mind. You are certainly welcome to bring toys to keep little ones occupied, but please keep them close by. We will continue to have movies and color books available.
Dancers ages and up are not allowed in the Dancewear Boutique without a parent. We have also had some vandalism in the Restrooms in the past. Please discuss with your child(ren) to respect the dance studio when they are here.
Thank you for your cooperation and support in helping us keep or waiting area a safe place for everyone!
Parking Lot If you are parking on the side street next to the studio (on the south side of building), please park on the north side of the street only. If there are cars on both sides, delivery trucks cannot get through safely.
Some of the neighboring businesses in our building have posted signs with parking restrictions to ensure that they have parking available during their business hours. Please adhere to these parking requests.
Thank you for your help with this!
Lost and Found is located near the front desk. Lost & Found items are donated to charity twice a year, so check for your lost items often. Labeling your belongings is the best way to avoid them getting lost!
We hope you had an awesome summer, See you soon!!
