Registration 2011-2012
It’s time for registration for the 2011 - 2012 dance season. We will be using a lottery registration process again this year for current students through May 31st. We feel this will be the most convenient and fair process for everyone.
ALL NEW ONLINE SYSTEM!
Woodbury Dance Center has an all new online system which will allow your to access your WDC account directly for registrations, payments and account/student changes. You may also set your credit card for recurring billing so that your credit card will be automatically charged each month for tuition. More information about this option will be sent out this summer.
REGISTRATION DATES:
Monday, May 16th-Tuesday, May 31st: Registrations will only be accepted through our new online system. A computer with internet access is available at the studio near the front desk. If you need assistance or are not able to register online please contact us prior to May 31st so we may assist you. All registrations received by Tuesday, May 31st will be randomly drawn, numbered and classes will be filled accordingly. Those that are not able to be placed in their first choice due to class size restrictions will be notified immediately via email with available class options. We request that parents reply no later than June 6th so that we can complete the registration for current students before taking new registrations.
Tuesday, June 7th: Registrations will be accepted from new summer students.
Monday, June 13th: Registrations will be accepted from families new to WDC.

Registrations and payment information must be submitted online. WDC will process payment for the registration fee ($15 for a single student; maximum of $25 per family for multiple students) and September tuition (see class schedule for tuition rates). Payment for registration and September tuition must be received in order for registration to be complete. Payments will be processed between Wednesday, June 1st and Monday, June 6th.

Online payments for next season will be need to paid through our new online system. You may continue to use our current online payment system on our web site (see link in the left sidebar) only for payments for the current season.

There is no refund on registration fees. If cancellation is made by July 31st, September tuition will be refunded. September tuition will not be refunded beginning August 1st.

Account balances must be paid in full in order to hold a spot for the upcoming dance year.

An option for students not moving to another age level/class: If you would like your dancer to stay in the same class that he/she is in this year and the class is available at the same or similar time next year, you will have priority to get into that class. We realize this will not work for everyone as some schedule changes have been made. If your dancer is moving up a grade/age level it will not be possible to stay in the same class. We hope that this will work for some of you and if not, it will help you in the future. If you are staying in the same class (day/time/age/grade), your registration needs to be submitted online by Tuesday, May 31st so that we can reserve your spot in the class before we begin filling classes.
