Registration 2008-09

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Registration forms must be filled out and handed in with payments for the registration fee ($15 individual or $25- family) and September tuition .  Spots will not be held without registration fee, September tuition and a completed registration form.

 

There is no refund on registration fees.  If cancellation is made by July 31st, September tuition will be refunded.  September tuition will not be refunded after August 1st.

 

No phone registrations will be taken.

 

Please be sure to include your first and second choice for class times.

 

We are planning on doing a lot of communication via email next year, so please be sure to include your email address on your registration form.
