Registration 2009-2010
 
It’s time for registration for the 2009-10 dance season. We will be using a lottery registration process again this year. We will be accepting registrations and numbering them by lottery for the first three weeks. We feel this will be the most convenient and fair process for everyone. New this year: Online registration is available at www.woodburydance.com. Please take note of the date deadlines as they will apply for online registration as well. 
 
REGISTRATION DATES:                                                                                                         
Monday, May 4th-Tuesday, May 26th: Registrations can be handed in at the studio, mailed in or sent in online through our website. They must be received (not postmarked) by Tuesday, May 26th. All registrations received by Tuesday, May 26th will be randomly drawn, numbered and classes will be filled accordingly.                                                                 
Wednesday, May 27th: Registrations will be accepted from new summer students.             
Monday, June 15th: Registrations will be accepted from families new to WDC.
 
·        * Registration forms must be filled out and handed in with payments for the registration fee ($15 individual or $25- family) and September tuition. Spots will not be held without registration fee, September tuition and a completed registration form.
 
·         *There is no refund on registration fees. If cancellation is made by July 31st, September tuition will be refunded. September tuition will not be refunded after August 1st.
·        
            *No phone registrations will be taken.
·        
             *Please be sure to include your first and second choice for class times.
·        
              *Account balances must be paid in full in order to hold a spot for the upcoming dance year.
·        
               *We are planning on doing a lot of communication via email next year, so please be sure to include your email address on your registration form.
 
An option for students not moving to another age level/class: If you would like your dancer to stay in the same class that he/she is in this year and the class is available at the same time next year, you will have priority to get into that class. We realize this will not work for everyone. Some schedule changes have been made and if your dancer is moving up a grade/age level it will not be possible to stay in the same class. We hope that this will work for some of you and if not, it will help you in the future. If you are staying in the same class, your registration needs to be handed in at the main studio by Tuesday, May 26th,so that we can reserve your spot in the class before we begin filling classes. If you will be staying in the same class please inform the front desk personnel or call the studio so we reserve a spot in that class for your dancer. (You will also need to fill out a registration form.)
