Welcome to Woodbury Dance Center!   We are very excited to meet you and have you become part of the WDC family.  You will receive a postcard in the mail confirming your class placement and another postcard reminder in August with information about how to find our August newsletter on our web site.  Below is some information that you will need prior to starting the dance season in September. 

Classes begin Monday, September 8th!  You will receive another postcard reminder along with an email confirmation of your account and class information from our computer system in August.  Please be sure to double check that the information in this confirmation report is accurate and notify us if any changes need to be made.

Refunds -- If you decide that you will not be able to participate in the class you are registered for you will receive a refund for September tuition only if the cancellation is made by July 31st.  Registration fees are non-refundable.  Costume payments are non-refundable after December 1st.

Shoes -- to determine what type of shoes your dancer will need please click here.  Dancers are not required to wear a specific color of shoes for class but they will need to have the color and styles listed for the recital in the spring if they choose to participate.  We will have specific dates and times in August when you can come in to purchase your shoes and receive a discount! 

Dance wear -- Dancers need to wear dance wear to class which may include leotards, tights, dance skirts, dance shorts, dance pants and fitted t-shirts.  Dancers are not allowed to wear jeans to class or any other type of clothing that restricts movement.  Our boutique offers many different types of styles of dance wear for all ages.

Recital -- Our season concludes each spring with a recital that is held at a local school.  In the past we have often held our recitals at Hudson High School in Hudson, WI.  The recital is optional.  Dancers who choose to participate in the spring recital will need to make costume payments in the fall.  Costume prices are listed on the fall schedule for each class.
