Holiday Parties...Holiday parties/parent viewing will be held during the classes of dancers in the following age levels: Tots, Preschool and Kindergarten. Parents and relatives are invited into the classroom for a half an hour to view classes and see students perform holiday routines. Please note that in order for all classes to have a viewing time, parents will be invited into class during half of the class only (except for tots, their party will be during their entire half hour class time). STUDENTS WILL STILL NEED TO COME FOR THEIR FULL CLASS TIME!! Holiday parties will be held between December 5th through December 17th. Exact dates and times will be passed out during your child's class.
TOYS FOR TOTS....WDC is excited to again be a toy drop-off for the 'Toys for Tots' program this holiday season. Drop off a new unwrapped toy starting in November through Saturday, Dec 17th. Toys for Tots has informed us that in previous years there has been a shortage of toys for kids ages 9-18, as well as infant gifts. Last year we donated over 600 toys. Our goal is to double that number this year!
As an alternative to giving your dance teacher a gift, we would like you to consider donating a toy or purchasing a stocking in your teachers name instead.

NEW SESSIONS STARTING!
Mommy and Me meets Thursday mornings from 10:30-11:00. This class is for children 18 months and up along with a parent or caregiver. The 8 week session starts November 3rd and runs through January 12th. Cost $48-
New session-length classes starting November 9th for ages 2 to 5. Check our web site or ask at the desk if you know of anyone who would like to try dance!
NEW SKILL CLASSES BEING OFFERED!
Skill classes are open to recreational and competition dancers to focus on a specific dance skill. You can sign-up for one class or all four. Sign-up at the Front Desk to reserve your spot! $10/class.

Breanna’s Gift Thanksgiving Coloring Contest
with a chance to win a $30- WDC Boutique Gift Card
WDC invites all students to enter a Thanksgiving Coloring Contest!
Coloring Sheets will be available at the front desk starting November 7th.
Voluntary Donations for ‘Breanna’s Gift’ are being accepted for this contest.
Breanna’s Gift is a non-profit organization that funds an art program offering dance, art, music and theater classes for children with cancer and other serious illnesses.
Coloring Sheets will be on display in the lobby
and a winner will be chosen by random drawing. GOOD LUCK!
PARKING LOT...Please go slowly and carefully when driving through our buildings parking lot. Parents, please keep little ones close so they do not run out into traffic.
***When parking on the road on the south side of our building, please do not park on the south side of the road (the opposite side). We can only park on the north side so that trucks can get through. When parking on the north side of our building, please park along the building only and not on the north side of the drive-way. Again delivery trucks need to be able to get through to other businesses in our building.
Please look for the No Parking signs. Thanks for your help with this.

COSTUME PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THIS TIME All dancers have a second costume payment due November 15th. Tots classes- $25- All other- $35- Dancers in classes that are an 1 1/4 in length as well as teens have a final payment due December 15th of $40-. **Boys only classes do not have additional costume payments until spring.
RECURRING BILLING -- WDC offers a recurring billing program through our new online system. You may choose to sign up for this program to have your tuition and costume payments automatically processed each month with your debit or credit card. If you are interested please stop by the front desk, call the studio or log in to your online account and choose "yes" for recurring billing. Tuition payments are processed on the 1st of each month and costume payments are processed on the 15th for the months they are due. Please let us know if you have any questions.
THANKSGIVING BREAK... There will be no classes Wednesday, November 23rd through Saturday, November 26th. Happy Turkey Day!!
WINTER BREAK... There will be no classes Monday, December 19th through Sunday, January 1st for winter break. Classes will be back in session starting Monday, January 2nd.
RECITAL DATES... Please mark your calendars for our spring recital dates of Tuesday, June 5th through Sunday, June 10th at East Ridge High School in Woodbury. Dress rehearsals will be held Monday, May 14th and Wednesday, May 16th, also at East Ridge High School.
